Hallo,
I am a web developer and I would enjoy to use (call) zyGrib automatically. I think it should be not such complicated, because zyGrib already today saves all user settings. I imagine a function as following:
- the program is startable with a parameter "non-graphical"
- zygrib loads its user settings and then automatically loads the new actual grib-data
- zygrib creates and exports automatically the animation picture files
- zygrib closes
This would be great

I understand your wish, but the answer is no, sorry.
The purpose of zygrib is to be a file visualization program for human user.
The most important reason:
On the server side, making grib files is a very intensive job.
Automatic downloads may becomme crazy and make a lot of uncontroled file requests and finally crash the server.
Useful to know: when an automatic download try is detected, his IP is blacklisted.
The file server is reserved for zygrib human users.
