zyGrib

I'm currently trying to install zygrib on my portable computer but once I launch the zygrib.exe an error appears which is "impossible to install .... because qwt.dll is not present on the pc; try again"
this qwt.dll is in the zip folder but I'm still having the same problem.
What I have to do, please?
