Hi!
I registerd with a gmail-adress and got the funktion with gribfiles by email to work.
Now I want to use it with my mailasail-adress instead but I can´t get it to work att all.
I even tried to register again with my mailasail-adress - but I do not even get the confirmation mail.
Please help - what am I doing wrong??

Your requests are valid and the mails are sent, I can see it in the logs, but they are probably considered as spam by mailasail.

But I can not see anything in the spam folder. Do you mean that the mails are stopped in the mailasail server before they reach my inbox/spam folder?

Is there anyting I can do to fix this?

I have sent them an email - hoping for an answer.
I get back to you with the answer.

Am I the only one with this problem or have you heard about it before??

Or am I doing somthing really wrong here - I do not understand the part with the wrong mailadress...

Can you please check what you send out to them, ie what you setup in
Zygrib, etc? I can certainly see your outgoing email on our logs, but I
don't see any attempt from Zygrib to connect back to us?

Please connect me with your zygrib support call if possible, we are keen
to help, but I literally don't see any attempt back from them to us?
(Which makes me ponder that they might be sending to the wrong email
address you are giving them (replying to the wrong address)?

Happy to help, but don't see any response from zygrib at present?
