anti-meridian problems

Hello,

First, thank you to the zyGrib developers/supporters, it's a great tool. I am using zyGrib in the Pacific ocean and New Zealand, and quite often need to select a region that crosses the anti-meridian (longitude +/- 180).

But when I select an area over the anti-meridian, it will not download the GRIB, and the selection will disappear when I pan the map viewer window. Can other people reproduce this problem? I am working around it by selecting regions east and west of the anti-meridian separately, but this is not ideal.

Hi,
No problem for me.
Perhaps are you using an old version of zyGrib.

oops, it was an old version

The Debian repository (doc.hausser.ch) seems down, and Ubuntu has zyGrib version 7.0.

I compiled version 8.0.1 and it works now, thanks!

PS. libjasper-dev is missing on Ubuntu 18.04, I used the xenial-security version

Hello,
The doc.hausser.ch is not down; but you still have to mention xenial for version.
deb http://doc.hausser.ch/debpackages ubuntu-dha [version].

It works well on Ubuntu 18.04.02 LTS, I am still using it
