zyGrib

Hi,
i upgraded my Macbookpro to Mavericks. Now zygrib is not loading the maps anymore. I reinstalled zygrib and it is loading the maps only after starting the first time. When i close it and start it again a window pops up, saying it cannot find the maps anymore, but it is loading the gribs. Do you have an idea? Thank you for your help; ) Uwe

thank you for your reply. I still do not get working. I attached a screenshot. It is showing the maps once after i installed zygrib, but when i start it the next time, it won't find the maps any more.

Après installation sur mon Mac de OS 10.9, "Maverick", et chargement de " zyGrib_mac-6.1.4 " j'obtiens le message suivant : " "zyGrib" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer".
Comment procéder ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses !

pour faire tourner zygrib sur macos 10.8+, vous devez aller dans les préférence système, dans la catégorie sécurité et confidentialité : aller sur l'onglet général, cliquez sur le cadenas en bas à gauche, et dans "autoriser les application ... " choisissez n'importe où.

Ca devrait fonctionner

Par contre, en effet, zygrib ne fonctionne qu'une fois, même aprés réinstall. J'ai fait l'upgrade sur mes 2 macs, et j'ai le même résultat.

En plus, impossible de recompiler : qt4 ne compile pas sur macos 10.9, les dev regarderons la semaine prochaine.

Conseille du jour, ne pas upgrader sous maverik

Je n'ai pas la possibilité de faire évoluer la machine avec laquelle la version en ligne de zyGrib pour Mac est compilée et testée (10.6).
Dans ces conditions, je crains de ne pas pouvoir continuer très longtemps de distribuer une version pour Mac tant les problèmes d'interopérabilité se multiplient.

Question subsidiaire : pourquoi Apple a-t-il choisi un nom de distribution déjà utilisé par Ubuntu ???

A tout hasard (je ne connais pas OSX 10.9) :
de loin, on dirait un problème de répertoire de travail de l'application.
Si c'est ça, il y a peut-être un moyen de l'imposer au niveau du lanceur.

Il me faudrait quelques informations :
quand zyGrib ne trouve pas les cartes,

• Les icones des boutons sont-elles trouvées ?
  Les paramètres perso (langue, etc) sont-ils trouvés ?
  Les fichiers gribs sont-ils trouvés ?

Voici une rustine provisoire en attendant mieux (un script shell pour lancer zyGrib depuis le bon répertoire).

En supposant que le volume zyGrib_mac-6.1.4.dmg soit installé sans modification.

1. Copier le fichier start_zyGrib-6.1.4.sh
sur votre bureau.

2. Lancer un terminal et entrer : 3. Modifier les propriétés du fichier pour l'ouvrir avec Terminal

Maintenant zyGrib se lance en cliquant sur l'icone du fichier start_zyGrib-6.1.4.sh.

PS. il faudrait probablement que quelqu'un qui a l'habitude des Macs explique ça avec le vocabulaire adapté (et en english aussi)

how did you get it to work? No luck here with version 6.2.3.

I also tried the startup script and running it from a shell, same behaviour plus some rendering errors:
