Error: Empty File

I have been using your Zygrib for years.
I am about to cross the Atlantic and I can't download a Grib file. All I get is a message saying Error: Empty file
Please help

OK, I have finally figured out a solution.
On the download - Connection window - I changed to "Strict HTTP Download"
Then I entered my username and password and the file downloaded.
This is the first time I have ever had to do this - but it worked.
