Loading GFS data from NOAA

Hi to all...
I am trying to load GFS data downloaded from NOAA's NOMADS server, in grib2 format. All variables are ok (compare to a similar file downloaded via zybrib), but the rain shows bigger amounts. When I check the data in both files for a given point it's the same amount (of APCP variable). I attached a file from NOAA with only the rain and a comparison between models.
