Suggestions to Stop Crash

Hi my zyGrib v7 has stopped working on an up to date version of Windows 8.1. On loading, it crashes with 'exception code' c0000005. This is probably a memory access violation fault but I can't seem to fix it to get zyGrib back up and running again. Does anyone have any suggestions?
