The multiple units data in the wind field is appreciated. If "show bft" is activated it would be nice to see that also reflected in the gusts-line.

Certainly not.

The Beaufort scale is an empirical unit based on observing the visual effects of the wind.
It is used to estimate the average wind speed over a relatively long period of time (10 minutes),
while gust are mesured over a very short period (3 seconds).
It makes no sense to confuse the two.

I don't understand your sexist title.
There is no difference between the ignorance of a man and that of a woman about it.
