Direct download of .deb files

Post by Elier_cu » 03 Aug 2011 05:43

Hello

I am a zygrib user that is pleased with the improvements in the last version. I usually use it for my work as a weather forecaster, specifically the Windows version that is the only system at work.
I would like to install zygrib in Linux (Debian Squeeze) in my personal PC at home, but I am a novice in Linux and I download the source code of zygrib , try to compile but gives me an error (I think I am forgot to do something ). I know that the updated versions are kept in a repository but I don't have access to the internet at home, so I wold like  , I was possible to put the .deb files for Debian and Ubuntu accessible from the zygrib page (like the windows version) to make easier the download for users like me.

Thank you

Elier
