Grib appears blocky

Post by 1ADP » 11 Mar 2013 15:53

Hello everyone,

Just this morning the grib files I' m viewing in Zygrib appear to be blocky. I've attached a screenshot to give you a better idea of how it looks.

I've tried setting to smooth colors but the blockiness is still present.

How do I change the screen so that it's not blocky?

Thank you

Here it is....

But no matter which file I use including older grib files, the result is the same.

Ok, it's not a file problem.
You have to select the option "Numerical data interpolation" in the menu "Weather map"->"Options".
If not selected, zyGrib display uniformly the value on the grid cells which appear as a uniform rectangles.
