converting UTC to local time

Post by davidddickie » 24 Jul 2009 16:42

Hello,

I found this program while doing a search for grib programs. It is excellent! My question is that all output is in UTC though, does that mean I need to convert it to my local time which is PDT (-8 hours)? So a grib which has a time stamp of 12:00 UTC would be 04:00 PDT. Is that correct.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dave ;)

Hi,
If you go into the menu options->unity, you can change to local time (or any other ;) )
Bonne journée ou bonne soirée (vous pouvez choisir)
Have a nice day or good night (you can choose)
Guten Morgen oder gute Nacht (Sie können wählen)

Well I feel pretty dumb, had I looked better I should have found that offset control. Thanks for your timely response.

Dave
